Information, tourism, advertising, entertainment….how to develop a surrounding offer of content and services ( dynamic signage, mobile terminals, internet….)? This session will look at the latest innovations in point of sale and outdoor.

New urban interactive media: ethical and responsible?
The debate has been launched by the installation of new advertising formats on the Parisian metro which are judged intrusive and by the delivery of advertising SMS messages. How far can advertising go in public places? What is done with the personal data collected? How much are the consumer prepared to let brands intrude in their private lives and with what safeguards? Do these new formats and media represent an ecological advance compared to classic formats ( paper, canvas, film…)?
